Administrative Officer

Manchester Employment Tribunal is the administrative office for Employment Tribunals across the North-West region, with regular sittings in Manchester, Liverpool and Carlisle.

Undertaking a full range of administrative duties to support the tribunal process and contribute effectively to tribunal performance. Full preparation of the tribunal and clerking hearings. Accurate and prompt maintenance of computer records, inputting data, processing and responding to incoming correspondence and answering routine enquiries both in person and over the telephone.

The role of a Tribunal clerk is a varied and busy role which includes both administration work and the clerking of Tribunal hearings with the aim of providing excellent customer service to all our users.
