HR Data Insight Analyst Manager
Location: Manchester Employment Tribunal
Salary Range: £26,161 - £33,601 pro rata
This is an exciting time for HMCTS, and, as Insight Data Analyst Manager within the HR Operations Team, you will work very closely with HR Business Partners, Head of Directors’ Office, Senior Management Team (SMT) and report directly to the Strategic Workforce Planning and Insight Manager. This role is varied and fast-paced, and the role requires an individual with excellent organisational skills and have a passion for communicating and engaging with others. You must possess the skills to analyse and interpret technical data, confidence to challenge and ask critical questions of the data, an eye for detail and the ability to translate complicated and technical information into a format that works for the audience.
The purpose of the Insight Data Analyst Manager is to contribute towards the outcome of providing insights to customers, through business as usual and reform projects. This will be done through defining and interpreting customer requirements and working alongside customers, HR colleagues and Insight Officers to analyse and bring to life relevant data and information. This role will specifically focus on supporting and provide people insights to support the reform agenda. The HR data files and the information they hold are critical to the business and provides critical insights on the organisations workforce that informs project plans and benefits management, maintaining and analysing this data will be key in this role.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate highly developed experience of Excel to manipulate large HR datasets to produce analytical insight products. Experience in PowerBi would also be an advantage. Excel skills and knowledge will be tested at interview.
