The role of the Redeployment Manager will be primarily responsible for supporting the ongoing development of the national redeployment approach and the subsequent implementation of large-scale redeployment of HMCTS staff into the new target operating model.
This will also include planning and management of the coordinated paid exits requirement. The role will work closely with People Transition and HR Operations team to deliver redeployment activities in line with agreed timeframes. The role will also work closely with HR Business Partners and Transformation Managers to manage the impacts of structural change within the regions and support a shift to new ways of working.
